Admissions Process


Families considering enrolling their children at Jubilee Academy should follow these steps:

  1. Schedule a tour ​​

    • ​This initial phase involves contacting the school by phone, through our Contact Page, or by sending a message on Facebook 
      to schedule a tour of our school. 

  2. Arrange two shadow days for your student(s)

    • We strongly believe that potential students need and deserve a firsthand experience at the school to know if it could be a good fit. That's why part 
      of our admission process is for students to visit for two shadow days. This benefits the child, the teacher and the parent. 
      ​

  3. Complete and submit the application package along with the non-refundable application fee

    • ​After your student completes two shadow days, you will be able to submit the application along with the non-refundable application fee and any documentation that we need.

  4. Meet with the Director of Students and Families

    • ​Whether in person or by phone, you will have the chance to ask any last minute questions and share family goals for your child. We will address various school policies that weren't covered in the initial tour, and spell out how Jubilee can serve your child.

  5. Notification of Acceptance

    • In the final step, the school administration will reach out to you with a ​decision one week from the last shadow day
