Jubilee Academy Overview

Jubilee Academy is a hybrid Christian school for Kindergarten–12th grade students that blends in-person classes (Monday–Thursday) with flexible at-home and community-based learning on Fridays and beyond.

We offer:

  • Small class sizes

  • Personalized learning paths

  • A Christ-centered environment

  • Flexible scheduling for family needs

How Our Hybrid Model Works

  • Monday–Thursday: Students attend in-person core classes

  • Fridays: Optional enrichment for Elementary students, or at-home learning

  • Electives: Completed online, after-school, at home, or in the community

This model gives families flexibility while ensuring students receive strong academic instruction and social connection.

At Jubilee Academy, we focus on core subjects (Bible, Math, English Language Arts, History, and Science) during in-person classes Monday through Thursday. Electives are completed through online platforms, after-school programs, at home, or in the community.

Within our classrooms, students learn at their own pace, with support or acceleration as needed. Through these flexible learning opportunities, students learn to advocate for their academic needs and interests.

We strive to nurture a Christ-centered, loving, and empowering culture where everyone, each with their own unique gifts and needs, is welcomed and celebrated.

Elementary: Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Our elementary classrooms are multi-age, grouped according to enrollment.

This allows:

  • Younger students to learn from older peers

  • Older students to build leadership skills

We maintain small class sizes so each child receives individualized attention.

Students learn through:

  • Hands-on activities

  • Project-based learning

  • Collaborative work

  • Digital tools when appropriate

While teaching from established standards, we support students in their developmental stages through hands-on projects, group work, and digital tools designed to meet a variety of learning styles. Our small class sizes allow the flexibility needed to meet each student’s individual needs.

At Jubilee, we teach holistically, addressing students’ academic, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs. Our teachers intentionally build classroom environments that support these areas of growth. School counseling, chapel services, Friday Enrichment, school-wide activities, and biblical integration further support students, reinforcing whole-child development across the school.

Optional Friday Enrichment:

  • Families can choose to participate in Friday Enrichment, which may include:

  • Creative arts

  • STEM activities

  • Group projects

  • Social play and peer interaction

This option is ideal for families who prefer a full five-day school experience.

Middle School: 6th-8th Grades

Students attend school Monday–Thursday for core subjects and complete electives at home, online, or in the community.

In the classroom, students:

  • Work on group projects

  • Participate in discussions and debates

  • Engage in hands-on and digital learning

  • Build critical thinking skills

Students also develop:

  • Leadership skills

  • Responsibility

  • Real-world problem-solving

Our small class sizes give teachers the flexibility to create meaningful opportunities for leadership, responsibility, mentoring, service projects, and community involvement. We believe the lessons learned through these opportunities hold great value for every student and should not be relegated to a select few.

High School: 9th- 12th Grades

High school at Jubilee helps students prepare for life after graduation—whether that includes college, a career, or other pathways.

Students receive:

  • Pathway exploration

  • College and career counseling

  • Flexibility to select online classes that support their chosen pathway

  • Dual credit opportunities

Students also explore future options through: Guest speakers, field trips, college visits, and more.

Our school counselor provides guidance and transcript support to help personalize each student’s academic plan and future goals.
